We carry most of the products in our inventory. However, if a particular item that you ordered is out-of-stock we’ll inform you immediately. You may opt to ship the items together or ship the items separately with the back-order. Shipping rates may vary accordingly to the number and weight of items you ordered. You may choose either FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, or any courrier that you prefer. Please provide instructions during check-out if you wanted to ship your item other than the shipping preferences in our website.
Business Hours – Shipping Schedules
Our normal business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST from Monday thru Friday. Items ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday Vacations will be ship on Monday morning or the following business day (if holiday). However, if the item is urgent and needs to be shipped immediately, please contact us at email@example.com or send us instructions during check-out and indicate “SHIP IMMEDIATELY”.
Order Status / Tracking an Order
A shipment confirmation notice will be sent to your email with the tracking number. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your email or by copying the number and entering it in track shipment of FedEx website, UPS website, or US Postal Service website.
Customers will incur the actual shipping costs and custom duties and taxes of the destination country. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or provide instructions during check-out if you wanted to ship your item other than the shipping preferences in our website.
Please contact us at email@example.com should you need quote for bulk items that you purchase. We can ship it to you through other carrier providers not specified in our website. International shipments may be sent through ground, air, or sea freight. Please inform us accordingly to what is preferable and costs effective on your part.
General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by flytstore.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with a receipt of purchase.

Calculating Your Refund
The following conditions and exceptions apply, as those listed on the Product Specific Policies pages.
(a) Partial refunds
• Any opened electronic items returned within 30 days of delivery: 85% of item’s price.
• Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
• Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item’s price.
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item’s price.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item’s price.
(b) Receiving a Refund
We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order’s summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
(c) How Refunds are Issued
Your refund will go back on the same payment method you made after your return is processed.

*If you used a flytstore.com gift card to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.
Product-Specific Return Policies
Some items (GPS, Headset, Electronic Flight Computer, and other electronic devices) may have special returns policies. Please visit our Product Specific Policies page for more information.
Flytstore.com does not accept returns of the following items:
• Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
• Downloadable software products.
Please contact us if you received a faulty product and need to exchange it for the same item. You will be refunded the original amount after receiving the item and placing another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
It may take 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers
We can assist you for large items that you returned to us via our specialty shippers. These items do require a specialty type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments. Please contact us if you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Gift recipients may return a defective item to us even the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase.
